We have a team of experts in psychotechnical assessments, individual or in groups, with great trajectory in the use of projective techniques and self-report inventories. We offer this for both the selection process in which Selectas HR intervenes, and for assessments of new or existing human resources of our clients.
Potential & Performance Assessments
Selectas has wide experience in the use of Assessment Center as a tool to assess the potential and performance of both individual employees and teams. We work with the involvement of the supervisor. Depending on our client’s needs, we design specific cases combining self-report techniques, individual and group interviews. The results translate into better and faster decision making.
Selectas offers this service to SMEs with the goal of helping them assess, develop and improve its organizational structure. Our team works closely together with management and employees in order to get a better picture of the situation. Each case is different and we have an experienced team on SMEs, work culture, organizational design and behavior, leadership and teamwork that can identify and understand each particular case and propose the best solutions.
