Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for management of the Sales force and call center, reporting to General Management.
  • Will set objectives for Sales team with General Management and follow up.
  • Will be responsible to provide support through the Sales team to Credits and Collection, sharing with this team the Collection goals.
  • Will be responsible for the attention and customer service level.
  • Will generate the plans and actions for the development of the pharmaceutical, perfumery, accessories and other business.

Profile

  • 35 to 55 years old
  • Education: Professional graduated in Business or Commerce
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Experience in drugstores or laboratories
  • Leadership skills, dynamic, responsible, flexible and skills to adapt to new or critical situations, with initiative to propose business plans and solutions and execute until implementation.
  • Used to supervising personnel, in particular the sales force, and to setting goals and following up.
  • Strong on relationships, negotiation skills and service calling with clients (pharmacies, chains and institutions).
  • Teamwork and work relationship skills with internal clients.
